Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a smart upload?
- Smart upload uses OCR to read merchant, amount, and date from a receipt photo. Manual entry and Bulk add are never counted against the cap.
- What happens when my subscription expires?
- Your account automatically returns to the free Base plan. All your expenses, categories, and reports are kept — only new smart OCR uploads are capped at the free limit.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes. Switching extends your expiry by the new period starting from the current expiry date, so you never lose paid time.
- How do I cancel?
- Go to your Account page and click Cancel subscription. You stay Premium until the current period ends, then revert to Base automatically.
- Is payment secure?
- Payment processing will be handled by a trusted provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
